Tapville is dedicated to being a positive presence in the local community. We regularly host events for local charities, non-profits, clubs, and sports teams, and are happy to support your organization's cause.
By hosting your event at Tapville, your organization can earn 15% of the proceeds. If you're interested in planning a fundraiser at Tapville, it's easy to get started. Just reach out to us to schedule your event and we'll take care of the rest.
Frequently Asked Questions
When can I schedule an event?
Tapville hosts fundraising events Monday - Thursday nights between 5 and 10 p.m. We ask that events be scheduled at least three weeks in advance to provide time to promote the event.
What qualifies as a fundraiser?
Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) and must provide a valid W-9 form.
Does my organization pay in advance?
We are flexible. Tapville can collect payment in advance for pre-ordered food and Pour Passes and your organization may opt to charge an entry fee. Your organization will receive 15% of the proceeds back. Alternatively, your organization may arrange an event and have each individual pay for their food and beverages. We'll need a guest list or a sign-in list to track their spend to donate the 15% back to your organization.
When do we receive payment for the event?
Tapville will issue payment to your organization within 45 days of the event or Charity Tap of the Month.
Are there any restrictions?
All events must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Fundraising nights must be approved by Tapville and scheduled in advance. All scheduled events are subject to cancellation at Tapville's discretion. Tapville will donate 15% to the organization of net food and beverage sales (gross sales less taxes and discounts). All advertising costs are the responsibility of the organization. Any use of the Tapville logo must be approved by Tapville management.
Request a Donation for your nonprofit organization
Tapville considers local charities for donations of gift cards, gift baskets, and merchandise. Organizations that have hosted a fundraiser at Tapville receive preference for charitable donations. Each month, Tapville dedicates a tap to a local charity, and for every ounce of beer that is poured from that tap, the local charity receives 5 cents per ounce. The Charity Tap of the Month program provides exposure in addition to receiving a charitable donation. To be considered for the charity tap of the month, the nonprofit organization must organize a fundraiser during the month that their charity is featured.
