TAPVILLE OPENS LOCATION IN AURORA, IL AT FOX VALLEY MALL
Naperville, IL. April 2021. Tapville, the innovative tech-forward food and beverage franchising & licensing concept announced the opening of their franchised Fox Valley Mall location in Aurora, IL.
Tapville Social - Fox Valley is unique because it highlights Tapville’s capabilities to convert an existing retail inline store to a “Pour & Go” craft beer, wine, cider and mimosa shop using self-pour technology. Tapville features the TapWall, a self-contained, self-pour system that requires no existing plumbing and operates on a standard electrical outlet.
Tapville’s core value is bringing friends & family together to spend precious time in a social, community-centric environment. Fox Valley Mall is unique as it is the second shopping mall in the Midwest enabling shoppers to “stroll” freely around the mall with an alcoholic beverage. Tapville secured the first strolling license in Rosemont, IL in 2019 at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago.
In addition to providing craft libations, Tapville hosts community-friendly events that bring shoppers back to brick & mortar for fun & engaging social experiences. Events include craft beer tastings, cupcake pairings, live music events, wine pairings, business networking and educational events.
“We are truly excited about partnering with shopping malls and providing a social experience for their shoppers executing with Tapville’s technology and event planning capabilities”, said Joseph Tota, CEO of Tapville. “We believe that there still exists a customer need to return back to brick & mortar shopping malls, but shopping malls must enhance the experiences for shoppers, which have to be personalized where socialization & experientialization is primary to the shopper visit. Visits to shopping centers look much differently than they did just three to five years ago and REITs must continue to innovate to the needs of their shoppers to create an experience, not just a shopping trip.”
Tapville’s Fox Valley location is owned by Edwin Goitia, an expert in event & community-centric events. Edwin is also the owner of Final Stretch Events, an organization that plans, organizes and manages large-scale events. Read about the opening of Fox Valley Mall in this local newspaper article:
Tapville closed on 13 franchise deals in 2020 during a year that was impacted by the pandemic. In addition to kiosks like Fox Valley Mall, Tapville franchises brick & mortar restaraunts and mobile taprooms. Tapville also has a product licensing division that offers self-pour TapWalls and Mobile units for existing operators in hospitality, travel, retail and entertainment.
Tapville is taking major steps to reduce the cost of labor through innovations like self-pour taps (also reducing wasted draft beer), table tablet ordering, and a smartphone loyalty app, while upping the ceiling for customer satisfaction through an increased level of possible customization.
By using advanced data collection, our locations can create highly specific profiles for all our customers and use these insights to market to similar demographics on social media platforms. This also gives Tapville a leg-up when it comes to tweaking the customer experience, adapting the menu options, and more.
