Amuse Shrimp Brushetta & Cranberry Sparkler

Pickled Beet Salad  & Apple Cidertini

Smoked Salmon Roulade  & Blueberry Rum Mule

Tomato Red Wine Braised Short Rib & Fall Sangria 

Creamy parsnip pure, brussels sprouts, brandy butter glaze carrots & red wine demi. A delightful blend of red sangria infused with the flavors of crisp apples and ripe strawberries.

Dessert:

Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake  & Pumpkin Spice Crème
