STILL NEED HELP? Submit a Support Ticket

If you are not able to resolve the issue using the Technology Reference Guide, complete a support ticket and a member of the Tapville Tech Support Team will respond in accordance with the severity of the issue; within one business day.

When completing a Support Ticket:

  • Add as much evidence as possible to your initial support ticket - photos, videos and a thorough description of the issue

  • Indicate a point of contact at your location and the preferred day and time to troubleshoot the issue

 


EMERGENCY SUPPORT - CREDIT CARD SYSTEM DOWN

If you are unable to process credit card transactions due to loss of internet connection or malfunctioning credit card processors, you can use CardPointe’s Virtual Terminal to process payment until the issue is resolved.

First:

  • Ensure the server is powered on (steady-in illuminated power button)

  • Ensure all tablets are connected to “Tabology” wifi network

  • Check that all power and data cables are securely plugged into credit card processing terminals
